Registration Process & Investment

Step 1: Determine Your Role

Everyone attending will participate in the group field and healing process.

  • Turn Taker - Brings a personal issue to be explored in a constellation.

  • Representative - Participates deeply in the field by supporting others' constellations.

Step 2: Register for Role, Program, and Lodging Option

OPTION ONE: Stay with us onsite for a full immersive experience

  • Lodging: Three-night stay in a spacious coastal home. Rooms range from a private ocean-view suite, to cozy shared spaces, reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Meals: Includes eight nourishing meals*, plus snacks and beverages throughout. *Thursday welcome reception; Friday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Saturday breakfast and lunch (Saturday dinner is self-arranged to explore the wharf); Sunday breakfast and sack lunch for departure.

  • Full program: Designed for an immersive experience. Includes Thursday evening reception, optional morning yoga, Friday evening Gates of Grief ritual, Saturday evening labyrinth walk, and Sunday closing circle and collective constellation. The spacious agenda leaves time for rest and integration.  

  • Investment for Program:

    • Turn Taker with Lodging: $1240 + room selection**

    • Representative with Lodging: $940 + room selection**

  • Room Prices: Rooms onsite are limited and range from $680 (king suite with balcony ocean view) to $40 (dorm-style shared space, bring your own bedding)

OPTION TWO: Commute from your own lodging, join select sessions & meals 

  • Lodging: Arrange your own accommodations nearby.

  • Meals: Includes Thursday reception, Friday lunch, and Saturday lunch.

  • Partial program: Includes Thursday evening welcome reception, Friday and Saturday constellation workshops.

<Commuters may inquire about joining the evening programs as space allows.> 

  • Investment for Program:

    • Commuter Turn Taker: $480

    • Commuter Representative: $280

Step Three: Complete and Submit the Registration Form

You'll receive:

  • 1) An immediate email confirming your registration is in process

  • 2) Within 24 hours, you'll receive a confirmation email affirming role and room (if applicable) and an $80 nonrefundable deposit paylink.

    • Your registration is confirmed once your deposit is received. 

 

Registration balance is due by July 25, 2025 ​

Payment Details

Payment process:

  • About the deposit: The $80 non-refundable deposit helps to cover deposits made to vendors, and administrative time.

  • Balance in full by July 25: You will also receive instructions and paylinks to complete payment of your balance in full by July 25, 2025, which is 60 days prior to the retreat.

Refunds:

  • More than 30 days before retreat: full refund minus an $80 administrative fee (to cover deposits made to vendors, plus processing time)

  • 15 - 30 days before retreat: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days before retreat: no refund. If you're unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person with approval.

Accessibility:

With a goal of inclusion, entry prices for this retreat range from under $300, to nearly $2000, depending on selections. As with all services, I'm also open to gifts above, requests below, and trades. Approached with trust and mutual care, workable arrangements are usually possible.
