In addition to being a certified professional coach, I bring a systemic lens informed by two lineages. One is “Family Constellations,” which studies human systems (in families and workplaces) and the patterns we make (for better or worse). The other is deep diversity, inclusion, and justice work, which I think of as the practice of honoring people over entrenched power structures. Both of these lineages are profoundly interested in releasing limiting beliefs while building our sense of belonging. And both invite us to create new ways of knowing, being, doing, and becoming - from self to system.​
