Sing it to the Moon
A LUNAR YEAR SISTER CIRCLE
Sessions weaving embodied practice,
circular time, and rewilding together.

In these sessions we will weave together:
-
At the intersection of structure and emergence - let's meet for meaningful conversations that encourage our hearts.

-
We'll co-create shared intentions and aspirations for our ways of being together.

-
We will read and discuss Daughters of Copper Woman as a backdrop to exploration.
This book contains a surprising creation myth, a unique story of seduction and sacrifice, and a startling example of sisterly accountability that I think we often unconsciously play out with each other without understanding a shared structure.

-
I'll share and teach a circular, seasonal calendar I've developed as a way to connect with the land and rewild ourselves.

-
Celebrate the joyous body with embodied practices.

-
Engage in artful learning through creative projects and reflection prompts.

Additional opportunities for mutual care and engagement:
-
I'll host a group on signal where we can share art, poetry, and mutual support.
-
I'll host three optional in-person gatherings across the year.
-
Private systemic coaching is available as an optional add-on if/as desired.
-
Finally, while I’m happy to lead, I will also hold space for co-creation and collaborative guiding, so that others can explore convening and facilitation with support.
Whatever brings you is welcome.

We learn well from our families...
Whether in friendships, collegial relationships, or family, adult relationships with other women is not always straight-forward.
The way of being and belonging learned from our grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunties, and cousins form a blueprint of how love, trust, and loyalty work between women. For better or worse, we learn well from our families.
We live a life of exploration...
Naturally, we unconsciously test family strategies of outreach and interplay on the school yard, the college campus, in the social world, and at work. Unconscious family bonds, binds, hopes and wounds come along for the ride.
We learn as we go, hopefully by forming wonderful ties, and sometimes also by getting deeply hurt. Bringing accumulated experiences and wisdom to a conscious community container opens a way to something new.

And now we can wonder...
-
How do trust, loyalty, and care work between women?
-
What liberation finds us if we untether from old patterns while we upskill to navigate difference?
-
What wisdom do we hold for each other in that process?
-
What do we make united that's impossible in isolation?
-
What does the land know?
-
What does the world need?
-
If we're done waiting and preparing, might we expand together now?
...and discover together.
Sacred community exchange,
healthy provocation,
and conscious mending

"I can trust Amelia with my fears, failures, and foibles. She listens compassionately and productively, wanting the best for me without telling me what that is."
"My heart was so full in the circle. I felt strongly me and deeply us. We amplified each other and that space, it felt so fertile. Thank you."
"I'm signing up because I'm a big believer in the value of constantly polishing my mirror. I also am looking for supportive community."
"This is to convey inexpressible gratitude for holding the space, for guiding with unbounded grace, and for the gifts that emanate from all of that."
