Curriculum Details for ELL-2
Practicum

Overarching Practicum Approach:
Balancing Structure & Play
In ELL-1, I presented a wealth of content. We dabbled with an overview of principles and practices, and the play and responses with each.
In ELL-2, we will review that content and begin to go deeper into the nuance of the material, and what is evoked and provoked within you.
Anticipate more discussion, invitations to greater self-discovery and self-disclosure, within the trusting community we have built.

Sessions 1 - 6
Review of Principles,
Practice, & Feedback
You've had a few seasons of exploring body sensations while applying systemic principles from the Orders of Love and conscience.
Now it's time to step more deeply into the 13 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, as applied to life and work. As sensed in ELL-1, the overlay of these commitments and orders builds a deep practice and meaningful life.
And yes, beloveds. There is a workbook.

Sessions 7 - 12
New & Enhanced Explorations
Into this rich forum, we will mix additional nuance, practice and material. We will study both nonverbal communication and limbic sentences with more precision.
By the time ELL-2 is complete, you will feel more comfortable, confident, and agile engaging in everyday conversations with a systemic lens.
Should you choose to engage, you will also complete, having recorded ELL references within your workbook.

My approach to adult learning is to trust that you will make the best decision for you, related to your depth of engagement and work.

There will be optional "homeplay" - a mix of discussion prompts, reading options, and practice exercises. So you can read the 3-4 four underlying texts (books), or not. You can practice the somatic tools, or not. It's up to you and what fits for your life and interests.

For more context, the Many Ways' payment flow philosophy is described below this form.
Payment Flow with Many Ways
A philosophical, experiential, and value-informed approach
I long for a world in which there is ample, equitable access to support and services at every scale of the social system. To realize that vision, I believe we must find new, compassionate structures that meet us where we are and encourage our hearts onward. Small, courageous experiments build our collective capacity.
The Many Ways approach to payment flow is one such experiment. It recognizes that what is equitable (fair to the circumstances) is not necessarily equal (the same for all). Different people at various times have diverse needs and capacities. This is life.
This approach seeks to balance individual flexibility with being in one another’s care.
Please choose the best rate for you and your financial reality.
