Family Constellations on the Coast Retreat in Newport, Oregon

Where Lineage Meets the Shore

A 4-day Family Constellation Retreat in Newport, Oregon
for rest, release, and healing through Systemic & Family Constellations

Rest in belonging. Release old patterns. Relish new horizons.

Newport, Oregon
October 8 - 11, 2026

Come home to yourself, your story,
and the ancestral threads that shaped you.

Newport range

Come home to the wisdom beneath the surface and the spacious potential that beckons you forward.

The coast is the live edge and so are we. The water leaves things for us, and takes things back. The sound of tumbling rocks, our ancient sea floor exposed. Wild and steady and ready.

During this intimate in-person retreat, we'll engage in the transformational practice of Constellations.

Constellations offer an embodied method to help bring resolution to stuck life patterns, inherited burdens, and unspoken loyalties that live in our family and organizational systems.

WHAT TO EXPECT...

You will be met and accompanied with care. This retreat offers restoration and lasting insights through the transformative lens of Systemic & Family Constellations.

In a space held with warmth and skill, we’ll explore the stories carried in our families and our bodies, supporting our souls to gently loosen what no longer serves.

You belong and are welcome, whether you're new to constellation work or are a returning practitioner. This experience offers depth, renewal, and community.

In addition to constellation sessions each day, there are optional morning movement programs, evening rituals, space for personal care, and wonderful food made on-site by a local chef.

Join us for four nourishing days of connection, and three restful nights by the sea.

Meet some of the lovely people supporting
community care at the retreat.

When you choose a retreat with Many Ways, you support community and accessibility from design to delivery

Weaving Belonging with the Local Community

Involving the local community is an important part of the Many Ways' ethos.  Here are some of the retreat design choices that align with that commitment:

  • Pricing accessibility: The pricing structure includes a three-day pass and evening programming tickets for those with their own lodging. Often these kinds of events come to the beautiful coast but don't include the people who live there. I feel great about this - though providing options makes the registration process a little more complicated

  • Locally-owned lodging: I've rented  from local owner/operators rather than corporations.

  • Local chef: Chef Moss is from the coastal community and has made and served food sourced from local ingredients for more than a decade.

  • Locally-sourced food: For the Constellations on the Coast Retreats, Chef Moss gathers wild-crafted mushrooms and herbal teas, fresh caught seafood, and vegetables from the farmer's market.

  • Local Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer: Liv also lives, works, and plays at the coast.

  • Support local business: On Saturday night we go out to dinner to bolster area restaurants.

Emphasizing Accessibility in Many Ways

Accessibility means other things as well, including:

  • Many Ways' payment flow: By offering numerous lodging options, and two different roles, the pricing structure meets a variety of budgets. This retreat is accessible from $280 - $2200, depending on choices you make at registration. Providing options makes the registration process a little more complicated, but I feel inclusion is worth it!

  • Accommodate dietary restrictions: Chef Moss works to accommodate most dietary restrictions, clearly communicate ingredients, and serve delicious, nutritious foods throughout the retreat.

  • ADA accessibility: The retreat house includes an elevator and wide doorways.

Options to Choose at Registration

Turn Taker Role or Representative Role?

Option 1: Turn Taker

  • During the retreat, take a turn bringing your issue to explore in a constellation. You’ll receive a full constellation session supported by the facilitator and group.

Option 2: Representative

  • During the constellations, use your presence to support others. You’ll receive insights that are nourishing to your system, and inspiration about human systems generally.

For those selecting the Immersive Experience, you'll choose a room within one of two spacious coastal homes. Please Note: Space is very limited

  • Retreat House: Choose the retreat house to enjoy the community flow of sessions near to your resting space, and resting space nearby during breaks. Morning movement and evening rituals near to hand, along with the hot tub. Utilize the elevator for ADA accessibility, and immerse yourself in the community.

  • (Extra) Quiet House: Choose the Quiet House to put a few blocks between the group activity and your sleeping nest. Perfect for people who like some quiet space and time to reflect and integrate. The quiet house is multi-level, so not suitable for people with mobility needs that are incompatible with stairs.
