Systemic Coaching for Executives
& Movement Builders

Coaching is an excellent option for executives and movement builders who are looking for a safe forum to explore hang-ups, experience accountability, identify opportunities, and create momentum on their path to conscious leadership.

Coaching emphasizes the use of powerful questions to help clients uncover their own wisdom about how to meet barriers and conflicts with new understanding. Sometimes this includes exploring the past, yet the focus is always on the client’s desired outcome.

Institutions and organizations in the U.S. and around the world need to become centers of diversity, equity and inclusion to experience the full potential of innovation. Systemic Executive Coaching supports leaders and team members to uncover how they want to be and thrive in this emergent space.

Truly transforming the structure and culture of an organization requires substantial commitment to interventions at every level of the system. Institutional change must simultaneously include and address intra-personal, interpersonal, organizational and system level conditions.

This means that executives and leaders must be willing to take up the urgent work to identify and address their own oppressive and limiting beliefs, be they from social construct, family lineage, or trauma. This is the path to becoming the leaders the world needs. These interventions must be sustained it for as long as necessary to create systems of inclusion, belonging, and liberation.

I’ve been trained in an approach that is transformational, not transactional. With a foundation in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and systems theory, I recognize that individuals experience life in the context of many influences and constraints. I will never bypass the acknowledgement of those greater realities, even while tailoring every session toward a goal or vision the client defines.


In this way, the client owns the outcome and the full credit for their growth and change is theirs. I’m a thought partner to facilitate the client’s uncovering of their own innate empowered state.

Executive and Leadership Coaching sessions are one hour long and are offered at a minimum of four sessions. Coaching can also be interwoven with Systemic Constellations.
