Meeting vulnerability with courage is humbling before it’s freeing. We can face the fire, or turn and face the shadow.

There is a Great Being outside my studio window. She looks at me while I look at her, day after day in the decade since we met. She is made of bark and needle, formed as root, trunk and branches. She houses multitudes I can sense more than see.

When we’re stuck at work or in life situations, we can use powerful questions to unlock how to thrive.
